The Right-to-Know Law is a state law that allows the public to have access to most municipally-created documents.
Under the law, all records are presumed to be public records unless disclosure is barred by: (1) state or federal law or regulation; (2) judicial order; (3), privilege, e.g., attorney-client or doctor-patient; or (4) one of the exceptions in Section 708 of the Right-to-Know Law.
A great deal of documentation is available on this website, but if you would like to request a specific record that you don’t see here, you can do so using the standard state form or Mt. Lebanon’s record form.
